Age RequirementYou must be at least 18 years old to use our services, book an appointment, or opt in to our SMS and email communications. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide services to, or send messages to, anyone under 18. All tattoo clients must show a valid government-issued photo ID before their session.2. Program DescriptionGlobal Inked may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary.3. Consent to Receive MessagesBy providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Global Inked to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.4. Opt OutYou can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to Global Inked. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.5. Opt In AgainIf you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.6. Help and SupportIf you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@globalinked.co or 845-763-4347.7. Message Frequency and RatesAs always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. These messages may include appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications among others. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.8. Carrier DisclaimerCarriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.9. PrivacyYour use of the messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can view it here: Privacy Policy10. Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time.
